this hotel may have been a 4star in the pasted but it is only a two star now.Staff only spoke Spanish they did have English but would not speak it.I have a little Spanish.

Everything was perfect, really polite staff, good views on the cathedral. Twin room was high quality and the food was delicious!

The location was great, close to many shops and cafes, and not far from the main attractions. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had underground parking, it was convenient for us since we had a car. Another advantage was the pleasant view from the rooms facing the cathedral, it added a nice touch to our stay.
The hotel definitely needs renovation. The rooms were worn out, with paint coming off and curtains falling off the track.

I traveled alone for 3 nights in Segovia and this hotel was perfect. It was right in front of the bus stop to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the Roman aqueduct. The lobby is clean and contemporary, and the rooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms. It was the perfect location for exploring the attractions on foot. The on-site restaurant was superb, with inventive and delicious food. The staff were nice and they stored my backpack on the last day while I went sightseeing.
I do recommend this hotel.
